Shhhh, we’ve gone semi-secret, as such, we entice you here with a sample menu and share the fullness of the experience when you visit. We offer an à la carte menu of the finest Scottish, Auld Alliance and French dishes. As an independent husband and wife team, we welcome you as our guests and make sure your evening is beyond exceptional. Everything is made from scratch using only the finest local seasonal produce and lovingly prepared for your enjoyment.
BAR
Of the single malts available, these include distillery exclusives, independent bottlings, differing cask strengths and limited editions. We also have whisky flights which can also be tailored to suit your chosen food platter or evening meal. For our Chocolate and Whisky pairings, we offer an exclusive selection of truffles. Cheese and Whisky pairings are also available.
We also offer a good selection of Gins, of which Scottish and bespoke distilleries feature. The drinks menu also includes a local organic vodka (Eight Lands distillery), as well as top international and local selections of wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.
The Seven Stills offers a fully stocked bar where, for your enjoyment, we have selected an excellent range of drinks including non-alcoholic alternatives. Many have been sourced locally while the rest are from further afield in Scotland.
