The Seven Stills is a small, family-run semi-private Restaurant and Malt Whisky Lounge situated in the heart of the small Speyside town of Dufftown, widely known as ‘The Malt Whisky Capital of the World’. Owners Patrick and Rose moved, from Burgundy in France to Scotland in 2016, and in a short time and with a clear vision they have completely transformed it into The Seven Stills of today.
Our Malt Whisky lounge is the perfect place to enjoy the wide range of Scottish-based drinks, taken alone or alongside tapas and charcuterie. We also offer whisky flights which can also be tailored to suit, or Chocolate and Whisky pairings with an exclusive selection of truffles.
Chef Patrick demonstrates his passion for food by creating a Scottish menu of soups, platters, main meals of the day and desserts adding a hint of his Gallic origins for that extra touch of magic! Everything is freshly prepared from scratch using the finest Scottish and, as often as possible, locally sourced produce and ingredients.
